2014 vintage has been good to some and not so good to others. The Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley have been hit hard with some producers reporting 35 – 40% crop loss. The elements have certainly kept us on our toes this year and we will begin to see the aftermath of a difficult vintage in the coming months. Some particular varietals have been hit hard then others with Pinot Noir grapes in the Mornington suffering the most due to a wet and windy spring.
